At Kenco Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items, with original tags still attached, into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
